The brief
Bleach London was growing quickly and needed its ecommerce and customer platform to keep up.
What we did
- Ecommerce integration across Contentful, Shopify and a Vue front end, sitting on a Ruby on Rails API that exposed data through GraphQL.
- Customer service platform. A chat interface using Twilio and a custom Vue UI for customers and agents.
- Authentication. Rolled out customer authentication with AWS Cognito, keeping the user database separate from the application code.
Outcome
The team's work supported Bleach London's growth from under £1m to over £4m turnover within 18 months.
